How to change.
Like millions of you, I am trying to lose weight and get fit. I am succeeding . . .to a point. This site has a couple of habits to remind me to eat veggies everyday and drink at least six glasses of water a day. With these reminders in front of my face it’s pretty hard to ignore. And that is what I love about this tool; it gives me a nudge in the right direction. Like having a personal trainer without all the expense. As for getting fit, I am still taking care of my osteoarthritis, so I’ll wait another week before hitting the gym. But I do feel 100% better over all. More energy, more alertness and my creativity is flowing.
We don’t change overnight. And in some cases we don’t change period. We may be assertive, impatient, shy or over protective. We can’t just turn off our personality and become someone else. First we should become curious as to why we are this way. Once we understand why, than we are ready to move on. Just becoming curious about ourselves is a fantastic first step.
