Step 1. Who Am I?
The first step is to describe who you are or who you want to be. Use one of the Who am I statements from our database or create your own. This gives you the big picture of your life and is key to finding true meaning and purpose.

Step 2. Core Values
Choose up to five core values from our list of over 200 values! Your core values can be categorized into four different categories: Health / Energy / Image, Emotion / Happiness / Growth , Parent / Family / Home, Career / Thrift / Wealth

Step 3. Goals/Habits/Choices
Create as many goals as you want for each of your core values. You can create your own or choose from our database of over 100 goals.

4. My Life
Your Who Am I? statement, core values and goals are displayed on the main page as soon as you log in. This is a great way to see where you're at, where you've been and where you're heading!

5. Track Your Progress!
Whether it's daily, monthly or weekly goals, you can track your progress by marking off how you're doing for each goal. It's easy to see at a glance which goals need more work -- and to see how well you're doing, too!

6. Reports
The Reports section gives you a quick colorful visual of all your choices and immediately shows which choices are on the road to success.

7. Reminders
Automatically send yourself daily, weekly or monthly reminders to help you make these important changes in your life.

8. Journal
The journal is a place to write your own thoughts and review them along with your progress.

9. Archive
Archive your core values and successfully completed choices in the database -- you may want to see them for inspiration! You can also unarchive a value if you've restarted old habits.
